- Use the email and password you created after purchasing your plan.
- Remember, emails and passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check capitalization, typos, and delete any extra spaces.
- Check for the account creation email
- If you didn’t create an account after purchase, look for an email titled "Payment Processed—Create Your Account."
- Make sure you're checking the correct email address, especially if you have multiple email inboxes.
- Check your spam/promotions folders
- If the email isn’t in your inbox, it might be in your spam or promotions folders.
- Create your account
- Once you find the email, follow the instructions to set up your account.
- You can then log in and start using the app.
