If you’re having trouble accessing your account, try these steps:
- Delete and reinstall the app.
- Select Login instead of Create an account when opening the app.
- Use the email address you signed up with. Emails and passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check capitalization, typos, and delete any extra spaces
- Reset your password. Click Forgot your password? on the login page, enter the email address you used to sign up, and look for a reset email in your inbox (including the spam and promotions folders). Try logging in using the new password.
- Update your phone's operating system. Outdated software can cause apps to malfunction.
