How do I contact the Customer Success team? – Perfect Body

We typically respond within 2-3 days, but it may take a little longer in cases of high demand.

Important: If you contact support using a different email than the one you used to create a Perfect Body account, we may need to verify your account with some payment-related information. Please have the following ready:

Order ID: Find this in your order confirmation email or PayPal receipt (it’s a code starting with PerfectBody- or PB-);
Sign-up email address;
If you paid with PayPal: Your PayPal email address and a screenshot of the receipt;
If you paid with a credit card: The account holder’s full name and the last 4 digits of the card used;
Screenshot or receipt of the charge.

If the email was archived, deleted, or sent to spam.
