In case you missed our emails, make sure you're checking the right mailbox. Also, please check your Spam and Promotion inboxes. The letters may have ended there by mistake. Finally, you can simply download the app and log in using your credentials.

You can log in to the app using the email address used for registering your account. Ensure that you do not leave any spaces before or after the email. Email addresses and passwords are also case-sensitive, so we kindly ask you to pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
It's very important that at the time of your first login to the app you set up a meal plan via the Meal plan section. It can take up to 24 hours to finally set up a meal plan you chose for yourself.
If you're experiencing any other technical issue that prevents you from accessing Perfect Body, we highly recommend that you update or reinstall the app and generate the meal plan then.
If the screen shows that your password is incorrect, click the button Forgot password? and you'll get an additional link to reset your password.
