How do I update food allergies?

To update your food allergies in the app:

1. Open the Perfect Body app.
2. Tap the Explore section in the bottom menu and go to Meals.
3. Click Your meal plan right below the calendar.
4. Under your meal plan, select the blue Change parameters button.
5. Redo the quiz, making sure to include your allergies. Your meal plan will be updated based on your new answers.
