How do I navigate the Perfect Body app?

The Perfect Body app has three main sections, accessible via the bottom menu:

• Today: 
  • Stay on track with your plan by viewing your daily goals and schedule.
  • Customize trackers.
• Explore:
  • Access your meal plan.
  • Check groceries needed for selected days or the entire week.
  • Choose a workout plan or explore other workout options.
  • Read and share notes with the community.
• Me:
  • Edit your profile (name, password, height, weight).
  • Update your results.
  • Adjust app settings (e.g., measurement system).
  • Log out, reset the app, or access FAQs, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
