The Perfect Body app has three main sections, accessible via the bottom menu:
- Today:
- Stay on track with your plan by viewing your daily goals and schedule.
- Customize trackers.
- Explore:
- Access your meal plan.
- Check groceries needed for selected days or the entire week.
- Choose a workout plan or explore other workout options.
- Read and share notes with the community.
- Me:
- Edit your profile (name, password, height, weight).
- Update your results.
- Adjust app settings (e.g., measurement system).
- Log out, reset the app, or access FAQs, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
