How do I delete my account?

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Perfect Body account:

1. Open the Perfect Body app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Go to the Me section in the bottom menu.
3. Tap the profile icon at the top right corner.
4. Tap My details > Account Security > Delete account.
5. Read the information and confirm by tapping Delete account.

Important Notes

• Permanent Action: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.
• Subscriptions: Deleting your account automatically cancels your subscription, unless it was purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions purchased via these platforms have to be canceled separately.
• Refund Requests: Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund. If you need a refund, contact customer support before deleting your account. Please note that we won’t be able to issue a refund once the account has been deleted.
