What to do if I forgot my password?

If you’re having trouble logging in, here’s how to reset your password:

1. Open the app and tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address you used to sign up and tap Continue.
3. You will receive an email to your inbox. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder—it might end up there by mistake.
4. Once you’ve reset your password, return to the app.
5. Tap Log in and type in your new password.
