The PerfectBody app is divided into 5 main sections, which you can see at the bottom menu.
- Activity. Keep up with everything you have to do to stick to your plan. This is your daily schedule.
- Meals. Opens your diet plan.
- Shop list. Shows you groceries you need to buy for selected days or a whole week.
- Workouts. Choose from Personalized workout plan and Explore all workouts & challenges.
In the app, you can see that each day is divided into three main meals and two snacks. For each meal, you can choose a substitute from three alternatives that contain a similar calorie intake.
You can find the Your progress today bar in the Activity section of the app. Once you eat a meal, please select Done to update your progress (or mark Skip if you don't eat the meal).
