How to request a refund

We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality service. However, if you’re having issues with the app and it is proven not as described or faulty within 30 days of the purchase, here’s how you can request a refund:

Requesting a refund for direct purchases

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Click the chat widget icon at the bottom-right corner of this page.

2. Submit your request within 30 days of payment and include detailed information about the issue.

3. Be prepared to provide visual proof if needed.

4. A customer service representative will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

5. Please note that refunds are processed to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Refunds for purchases via Google Play or App Store
