Unfortunately, we cannot see the exact reason why a payment fails. If you cannot complete your purchase, kindly contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can try using a different card or payment method.
If the purchase wasn't confirmed, but you notice a pending transaction in your bank account, it might be a preauthorization. Preauthorization normally expires within 7 days, depending on your bank.
