How to update food allergies

To update your food allergies in the app, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Perfect Body app.
2. Navigate to the Meals section.
3. At the top right, click the Settings (gear) icon.
4. Click the Change parameters button.
5. To update your allergies, you need to redo the quiz. Answer the questions in the quiz, including your allergies, and the meal plan will update accordingly.
