If you find yourself struggling to follow the proposed recipes, don't worry. You can still use Perfect Body to improve your nutrition.
If you dislike recipes and you're aiming at more flexibility in your daily diet, we suggest you try our ingredients-based Your nutrition management plan instead of the recipes-based Your meal plan.
To switch your type of meal plan on the app, just follow these steps:
- Open the Meals section of the app
- Click the Settings icon at the top-right
- Select Change meal type and choose the one you prefer
- Click Select and pick a start date
This option isn't available for the web-based plan users.
