You can access your meal plan from the link sent to you upon signing up. If you can't find your web-based meal plan, please refer to this article.
Once you open the meal plan, in the top-left corner, you'll see a Menu button, which will let you choose the following elements:
- Nutrition. Opens up your meal plan.
- Workout. Opens your exercise plan.
- Results. Allows you to see your water intake, weight loss forecast, BMI, calorie intake, nutrition value, metabolic age, etc.
- Shopping list. Allows you to see your grocery list for a whole week (you can print it by pressing the Print button at the top-right corner of your shopping list).
- Contact us. This will lead you to us and our nutritionists and trainers if you have any additional questions regarding your plan.
