The Perfect Body app is divided into 5 main sections, which you can see at the bottom menu.
- Today. Keep up with everything you have to do to stick to your plan. This is your goals and daily schedule.
- Meals. Opens your meal plan.
- Shop list. Shows you the groceries you need to buy for selected days or a whole week.
- Workouts. Choose Your plan or Explore.
- Profile. Edit your profile (name, password, height, weight), update your results, change the app settings (such as the measurement system), log out, reset the app, and find the FAQs, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy here.
